Direction

Chyawanprash:

Adults: 
1 Teaspoon twice daily with milk or lukewarm water
Children (3-12 Years): 
½ Teaspoon twice daily with milk or lukewarm water

Anu Taila: 
2-4 Drops in a day

Ayush Kwath Powder (Kadha):
Boil 500 ml water
Add 1 teaspoon
Boil it for 8-10 mins
Strain & Serve
Add Jaggery or Lemon juice as per your taste

Guduchi (Giloy): 
1 Capsule twice a day with milk or lukewarm water
